📦 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 24–72 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear pictures or video proof of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Adjustment against a replacement order (as preferred by the customer).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in cases where:

  • The item received was damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other valid reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned after the specified return window
